Experian/Transunion/Equifax: Erroneous mistakes on credit reports

Hi I'm Janivey, the CEO of Poof! Bad Credit. I've done some research and found out according to pirg.org, a staggering 79% of credit reports had major errors; or needed some type of correction. This proves to me that the bureaus are not on your side when they input negative data about you, contrary to what they tell you when you are actively disputing those items. That raises the question of why place the errors on our reports in the first place if they cared so much. There's one simple answer... money. Experian, Transunion, Equifax, and others all get paid to store negative information about you. It is up to you as the consumer to stand up for your rights and fight back.

In December 2003, congress passed the Fair, Accurate Credit Transactions Act (The FACT ACT). This law is one of the many laws that Poof! Bad Credit uses in our credit repair services to assist consumers having difficulty correcting their credit profiles.

They are not your friends.

If you're going to take a stand against these credit reporting agencies, you must be vigilant, stern, concise, and persistent. Don't give up, that's what they want.

If you don't know how and need assistance with your credit profile, we invite you to book your free consultation to discuss how we can be of assistance.
